The Australian Consulate-General in Atlanta is located in downtown Atlanta and is open from 9:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (except public holidays)

Australian Consular Services
The Consular Section offers 24-hour emergency service to Australians who are in distress and/or require urgent consular assistance. If you are an Australian citizen in need of emergency assistance, please call +1 404 364 8560 during normal business hours.
If you require assistance when the Consulate-General is closed such as after hours, on weekends or public holidays, call Consular Operations at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Canberra toll-free at 1 (888) 239-3501 from any phone in the United States.

Australian Passports
The Passports Section operates between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, except on Public Holidays. If you are an Australian citizen in need of passport services, please call +1 404 364 8560 during normal business hours.

Witnessing and Certifying Signatures
The Consulate-General provides a full range of Notarial services. Appointments for these services can be made by calling +1 404 364 8560.
There is a fee for all notarial services performed by the Consulate which fluctuate monthly due to the exchange rate.
Voting in Australian Elections
Information on Federal, State and Local government elections and voting information can be found at the Australian Electoral Commission website.
Registration of Australian Citizens Abroad
