Press Release:  Student ambassadors bring Aussie touch to US campuses

Australia's education system offers valuable opportunities for North American students looking for an academic and personal challenge in an English-speaking education system that is compatible with their own.

North American students can enrol in undergraduate or graduate degree programs, or one- or two-semester study abroad programs.

The Australian education system is highly regarded and internationally recognized. University entry is competitive and academic standards are high. All universities are considered "accredited" and are closely monitored by the Australian Government, which has a strong commitment to the provision of quality higher education. All but two of the 39 universities are public institutions and are government-funded.

For additional information, please visit the official Study in Australia website. There’s heaps of information about studying in Australia – including information on academic culture, living in Australia, tuition and living costs, and student visa information.

On the website, you can also search for programs, link to Australian universities' websites and follow a step-by-step guide on how to apply to an Australian university.
